What's included in a support plan?
Plans typically include security updates, monitoring, backups, and a set number of hours for bug fixes and small enhancements. We'll customize based on your specific needs.
How quickly do you respond to issues?
For critical issues (site down, data loss risk), I respond within 4 hours, often much faster. Non-critical issues are typically addressed within 1-2 business days.
Can you support software someone else built?
Usually, yes. I'll need to do an initial assessment to understand the codebase and make sure I can provide quality support. Sometimes this reveals issues the original developer left behind.
What if I need more hours than my plan includes?
Additional hours are billed at a standard rate. If you're consistently going over, we'll discuss adjusting your plan to better fit your needs.
Do you offer emergency support?
Yes. Critical issues outside normal hours are handled on a best-effort basis. For guaranteed after-hours response, we can discuss a premium support tier.
